Vaughan holds a Bachelors in Engineering geology and geotechnics. He cut his teeth in the jungles of Papua New Guinea leading exploratory resource drilling explorations and is comfortable with managing adversity in fierce environments. Vaughan has strong leadership skills enabling him to lead effective teams, develop strong and lasting customer relationships and to ensure customer focus is his priority. Vaughan has the ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment and he was instrumental in our company’s response to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Vaughan has built strong rapport with our project managers and site managers and they work efficiently and diligently to achieve the goal which he sets.
